WoodWorks HF Selects Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction with our handcrafted wood furniture. Our policy is designed to ensure fairness while covering the significant costs associated with the delivery and handling of large items. Please review our policy carefully before finalizing your purchase.

General Conditions & Timeframe
  • Time Limit: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, unassembled condition, and in the original packaging/crating. Items showing signs of wear, damage, scratches, nicks, stains, or odors are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Inspections: Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery or pickup. Any damage or defects must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Fees Associated with Returns
To prevent losses from restocking and delivery costs, the following conditions apply:
  • Delivery Costs are Non-Refundable: The original delivery fee is a service that has been completed and is non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping is Customer's Responsibility: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping or freight costs back to our warehouse. Items must be properly packaged and insured for their return journey to prevent damage.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% of the merchandise value will be deducted from your refund for all non-defective returns or cancellations after shipment. This helps cover the costs of processing and preparing the item for resale.
  • Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery for reasons other than damage or defect, they will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Custom-made or special-order items.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "as-is", or "Clearance"
  • Assembled merchandise (unless defective).
Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refund Method: Refunds (less any applicable fees) will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 305-235-5911 or WoodWorksStore@aol.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.


Important Note for Florida Residents: By clearly displaying this policy in-store at the point of sale and making it available online, we are compliant with Florida law, which does not require us to offer a return policy if we conspicuously state our terms.
